Employee Emergency Assistance Fund

The J.R. Foundation

Even when planning for the best, an unexpected crisis can occur. We never want to see our employees financially stressed in a time of need. So, we're here to help. The J.R. Foundation - is a 501c3 specifically set up to assist any team member in a time of crisis or catastrophic circumstances.

Here's how it works:

  1. ​​If you experienced a catastrophic event, you can visit and fill out an application to receive assistance.

  2. A third-party administrative committee will review the application.

  3. If approved, we'll begin the process to issue the funds.

The J.R. Foundation is an opt-in program for all our employees. It is supported directly in several different ways.
