Orientation is the first step and an important foundation of your Team Member experience.
This paid 2-hour class will provide you with important information about the company and set expectations for your time with us. Please arrive on time!
In order for you to have the best orientation experience possible, you will need to complete paperwork, read the Team Member Handbook, and order your uniform before attending.
Before You Come
Once you are hired you will receive a phone call and email from our Restaurant Support Center. Please read and fill out ALL the required documents. We will answer any questions during Orientation. If you need help completing your paperwork you can email email@example.com or call (864) 747-.5081

The code of conduct and Mission, Vision, & Values is a brief summary of the things that are most important to us as an organization. It summarizes many of our expectations and policies that are found in the handbook.
Please take the time to read it fully.
Please make sure to bring all of the following paperwork and information with you to your Orientation. Your first day of work will not be able to begin until we have all of your completed paperwork and information on file.
What to Bring - Orientation & Admin Day

2. Photo ID &Validation Paperwork: You will need a Drivers License, Government ID, School Photo or Passport along with your Social Security Card or Birth Certificate.
*All forms of ID and Cards Must Be Current
3. Safe Serve Food Handlers Card if you already have one.

4. Voided Check or Bank Note:
*If you do not have a Voided Check or Bank Note, please know a pay card will be assigned to you.
4. Class or Job Schedule: if you are in school or have a secondary job., please bring a copy of your Class Schedule and/or Job Schedule with you.
*To be able to accommodate your school or job schedule we must have this on file before your first shift.
Orientation & Admin Day
Orientation will be held at different locations: Depending on the Store & Area you were hired.
Information on your specific Orientation will be sent to you via Email or Phone Call.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to grab a seat and settle in.

A: No, once you fill out all of your paperwork digitally on TalentReef it will be saved there.
Q: WHAT NUMBER SHOULD I PUT FOR MY W-4 TAX FORM?
A: We can't legally advise you on this. I suggest you reference this helpful site.
Q: WHAT KIND OF ID VERIFICATION DO I NEED FOR MY I-9 PAPERWORK TO BE ABLE TO START?
A: View this list of all acceptable forms of ID for your I-9 paperwork and for your ability to start working.
Before Your First Shift
Q: WHEN DO I START TRAINING?
A: Our Training Manager will give you your training schedule during Orientation.
Q: HOW LONG AM I IN TRAINING?
A: Depending on the position you were hired for, training can last anywhere from (2) two to (6) weeks. Your individual training plan will be discussed with you by our Training Manager at Orientation.
